Finding a toehold: Creativity in times of grief

Presented as part of The Creativity Conference

We live in a world that mitigates against creativity and also struggles to accommodate grief. Too many people are denied the time and energy to make manifest their creative selves. In times of grief, how do people cling on to this thing – both a need and a characteristic – that is so innately human but so denied by modern society? This session explores how you can adapt your need to be creative to the rhythms of grief, and how creative work can help you to process grief.
