I have over 30 years’ experience in the university, arts, and community sectors in Australia. My roles have included arts manager, project manager, facilitator, workplace trainer, community centre manager, experience designer and events manager, choreographer, and performer.

I am focused on helping people to work in ways that are humane and generative of inspiration, learning, and resilience. I am particularly interested in helping people to reclaim confidence in their creativity, harness collective imagination, and develop capabilities in collaboration and co-creation, interdisciplinary and / or transdisciplinary work.

I am committed to helping creative people find their place in the world.

I work with individuals who want to develop their confidence and / or capabilities in being creative.

You might be wanting to write a novel in your spare time. Or you might be involved in an innovative work project. You will be needing to align your instincts and imagination with the practicalities of functioning as a creative individual in the ‘outside’ world. I might help you to enhance your confidence, understand your strengths (especially if you think that you don’t have any), and support you in learning how to trust your imagination.

I work with creative people who need support with their practice.

I might help you to generate ideas, frame concepts and scope and plan projects, track progress and evaluate outcomes, and debrief during and after complex adventures. I might help you to align your values as an artist with your business practice. My background as a performer, choreographer, writer, and arts manager gives me a deep empathy and practical experience in working on complex creative projects.
