Remote creativity
Recently I presented at DIF2023 Festival:
“How do you develop connectedness across disciplines and sectors, time and space? I have been researching, interviewing, and writing about people working on multidisciplinary, complex, and creative projects. Join me to hear my reflections and participate in a conversation about building bridges between co-creators from different fields, platforms, and locations.”

The inspiration behind this session:
Writing about using the arts and creativity within multi-disciplinary or cross sectoral projects in the Near and Far project. What happens when a creative walks into the room and takes a seat at the table? What are the challenges, benefits, surprises?
Experiencing best practice in the use of digital: What enabled meaningful connections to be made online between groups of people from different disciplines and located in different places?
Provocations:
“If we have an agreement about how we're going to show up and how we're going to treat each other, especially when it gets shitty, yes, we'll be fine. But we can't skip over that conversation: And that is about respect, about how we're going to work together, show up, and a little bit about how we're going to show up when it gets hard.
